So here's the question: Does agreeing in a contract-type thing to go to court and file a motion when a particular thing happens leave your agreement equivalent to a contract with an arbitration clause?  I've been trying to find the answer for three days.  I haven't found the answer, but I think that leaves it up to me to argue the hell out of it.  ( Read more... )
